Matt Schueller, OSI Chief Deputy Director

Matt Schueller was appointed as the Chief Deputy Director of the Office of Systems Integration (OSI) on March 26, 2018, after acting in that role since December 2017.

Matt has 13 years of experience working for the State of California and had been the Deputy Director of Administration for the OSI since October of 2015. Previously, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer for the OSI, worked at the Statewide Automated Welfare System project as the Financial Manager, and started his state career at the Employment Development Department.

Matt has been responsible for providing leadership and direction in support of OSI’s complex Information Technology projects. Matt has extensive experience representing the OSI and has established collaborative working relationships within the OSI, the CHHS Agency, and with all our important stakeholders.
